I forgot to take a photograph today! But I had the same today that I’ve had all week for breakfast, so I’ll post this:
Yummy muesli, vanilla yoghurt, and a big mug of green tea. :D

Day 3: What do you define as a binge?
Hmm. I guess I define a “binge” as eating way too much in a day and feeling like I can’t stop. Obviously binging is viewed in completely different ways by different people, but to me, it’s more like reaching the end of a chocolate bar, and feeling like I have to get another one. And possibly one more. (I haven’t done that in ages). I actually haven’t eaten a chocolate bar in about a week now, go me! I used to binge all the time, I often experienced my worst binges when we’d order a takeaway. For some reason something always made me feel like I had to eat ALL of it, and not only that, had to order an obscene amount for myself to consume. I admit I haven’t kicked that habit yet, so we’ll see where I am when I find myself with my next takeaway. (You can’t deprive yourself of everything!)
Day 2: Post a recent picture of yourself! Don’t body-shame, name two things you like about yourself in this picture.
Two things? Hmm. This is always hard. I guess I’d pick.. My eyes, and my makeup.
