I’m back! But the truth is, I have had a terrible week. I have hardly stuck to my plan, so as a result I am only 143.8 today, and yesterday I was 144.8. But I’ve woken up really motivated this morning. So back to normal this week! Here’s a bit more motivation:

So, if I stick to a similar diet like today’s, then in five weeks time I will have met my second goal! :D
It’s the weekend of my anniversary (3 years!) this weekend. I have gone overboard and managed to gain 3lbs…. nothing I can’t fix, though. So I’m going to take some time away documenting my weight, and will check back in a week to see if waiting to weigh myself on Sunday 24th will motivate me even more. Wish me luck! <3

I got back from my week away last night. I ate like a pig ALL week, chips, chocolate, cake, everything junky. I was completely dreading the scales this morning. So I but the bullet and went down and weighed myself, and the scales said 143.2! I’m so shocked. That’s the lowest I can ever remember the scales saying (Apart from when I was 112lbs of course.) I don’t understand how I’ve lost and not gained! I’m ecstatic really! Lets just hope it stays down overnight, cause this is definitely motivation.
I am just about to set off to Oxford and have weighed in at 145.4 lbs this morning! I can’t quite believe it!<3 This is DEFINITELY motivation for throughout the week. ^_^
Okay I’m slightly panicking. I’m going to stay with my friend for a week on Tuesday. I’m really excited to see her, but I’m scared I’m going to give in and eat WAY too much, and put lots of weight back on. I really hope I don’t do this, but I know what I’m like when around temptation, and friends. I need more will power. I’ve been awful lately and have gone back up to 147.2. I’m back at 146.4 this morning but for some reason I just know I’ll weigh more tomorrow morning. I need a kick up the bum, I need to get back to 145.8 and lower and I know I’ll feel motivated again. This is why I’m panicking about next week so much! It wouldn’t be so bad if I’d been good and stuck to my weight loss, but I’ve done the complete opposite of that. Oh well, even though I’m pretty sure I won’t weigh any less tomorrow - let’s hope I do, and lets hope that I can be strong and when I get back from my trip, I’ll weigh even less than I do now. I can do this! As for today, I’ve just eaten a breakfast of Heinz spaghetti on toast (with margarine and cheese). Not the best way to start the day, but I’m going to try my best to keep on track, and not eat until around 8pm tonight. That’s just over 8 hours. Seems a long time, but I know I can do it because I’ve done it before, and those 520 calories I’ve just eaten will be more than enough to keep me satisfied until I eat some soup later on.
I’ll check back in tomorrow morning so I can document if I do actually weigh any less. Fingers crossed!

I only have to eat just over 2000 calories to put on a pound! That explains why I seem to be stuck at 146.8. On my off days I will have definitely eaten that many. It just goes to show how little you have to eat really to gain the weight back!
Luckily my calorie limit on Lose It is 1197, so I should at least start losing one pound a week when I stick to it. And I’m sticking to it from yesterday! No giving up.
Today’s weigh in: 145.8 lbs. I’m finally back to where I was before I had my off day on saturday. Phew! Well. I was back here yesterday, but last night was valentines day so me and my boy had a big takeaway, and I was sort of dreading the scales this morning. But, no change! :D It’s probably because other than my takeaway I only ate a pitta bread with some tuna mayonnaise. So I have no found out that I CAN eat takeaways so long as I don’t eat much other than it! ^_^<3
Today I weigh in at 146.6 lbs. Note to self: When you have an off day, if it is a particularly bad one, it will take at least 3 days to get back to where you were beforehand. So think about this before having one! Technically I’m delaying my progress by three days when I have an off day. So they should be very rare occasions. I’m hoping that tomorrow morning I’ll wake up with even more weight off so I can feel proud of myself like I did when I woke up at 145.8 lbs! My next unofficial “mini goal” is going to be 143 lbs. So just over three pounds to go! <3
I had such an off day yesterday, I ate so much. So this morning I weighed in at 147.0 lbs. I’m not letting it get me down though, as long as I get back on track I’ll soon be back at 145.8, and lower! <3

I played around with MyFitnessPal, and when you add a day’s worth of food and submit the entry it calculates approximately how much weight you’d lose in 5 weeks. So, with the weight it gave me, I entered them all in until it showed me my goal weight. And according to that, if I get into the habit of eating approximately 1,100 calories for the next 30 weeks, I will reach 113lbs. This would be amazing! Just shows how much you can actually lose. And that’s not counting my exercise, either ^_^
